Christmas PartyOur 2003 Christmas party was hosted at the Chambers House restaurant
at Panorama City in Lacey. We've had our party there before but this was
the best yet. Family, friends and guests arrived at 11:00 a.m. on December
13 for a delicious turkey dinner and some fun. Immediately after dinner,
for those interested in participating, there was a group gift exchange.
Scroll down for photo highlights and descriptions of the party. Selecting a picture will link to a much larger image. The restaurant had a big seven foot Christmas tree greeting us at the entrance to their dining room.
Anyone who brought a present received a number for the gift exchange and the present were placed on a table against the wall opposite the Christmas tree. Members, family and friends sat together, six at a table, and chatted before dinner was served.
There were about 25 people at this party which has been the average number people the past few years.
Berl and Denise arrived early along with Rich and Anna. They all live in Lacey not far from Panorama City.
Everyone was welcomed by Shirley and Dottie who live in Panorama City. Red was definitely the color of the day with Shirley and Dottie wearing their Christmas sweaters.
Here are Anna and Zandra enjoying the gift exchange.
Here is Terry checking out the gifts on the table before choosing one to open. |
